If you still have problems downloading, you may have pop up blockers on your browser that prohibits the file from being downloaded or there may be some filtering that prevents file with this extension to be an "allowable" download.
That link doesn't work for me. It either brings me to a forum topic with links that do not work or (when i copy and paste it into my browser) it says that the page could not be found.
